Dobard and his family have lived in Carson, CA since June 1964.

Dobard is one of the founding members of the City of Carson in 1968. The first “Carson Parade Float” was built in his factory in 1973.

He is a USC graduate major in economics and psychology. He also attended other colleges on specialized field of study at Loyola University Law School, UCLA, etc.
